Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Oraimo.

We value your trust, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Refunds are only accepted within the first 7 days of receiving the product. Please note, it can take 7 to 21 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your original payment method after we receive and approve the return.

The capitalized words below have specific meanings under this policy, regardless of usage in singular or plural.

Definitions

  • Goods: The items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders: A request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service: The Website.

  • Website: Oraimo, accessible from https://oraimo.in/

  • You: The individual or entity using the Service.


Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel Your Order within 7 days of receiving the Goods, with no need to provide a reason.

To cancel your Order, please notify us clearly by:

Once we receive the returned Goods, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The refund process may take between 7 to 21 business days. You will not incur any additional fees for the reimbursement.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The Goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The Goods must be in their original packaging.

The following Goods are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Items that are perishable, deteriorate quickly, or are past their expiry date.

  • Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to deny returns at our discretion if the product does not meet the stated conditions.

Note: Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable unless required by law.


Returning Goods

You will bear the cost and risk of returning the Goods. Returns should be sent to:

We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable mail service. Refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned item or proof of delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


Refunds

Once we inspect and approve your returned item:

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. The refund process will be initiated within 2 business days and the amount will reflect in your account within 3 to 7 working days.

     


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to your email or physical address.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll issue the refund to the gift giver’s original payment method.
